About Paul Lange
For nearly four decades I've built, rebuilt and sold businesses, my own and other people's. Five of my own made it to a good exit. More than a few didn't. The books are where I set down what both taught me.

What I write about
How leaders execute, how they hold their ground, where work and freedom are heading, and the values we hand on. I write for people who would rather own the outcome than perform the part.
Why I write them
Somewhere along the way I noticed that success and failure in business both run on patterns, and that the patterns are behavioural: they show up in how a person runs their life as much as their company. Because they're behavioural, they can be changed. The books set those patterns out, so you can use them without paying for them the way I did.
